When we bring awareness into our bodies through breath and movement we can support a deeper connection with our emotions in a way that heals and harmonises.
Too often in life we form beliefs that it is not ok to express our emotions, we suppress and stifle and these emotions get stuck and stored in our body. These stuck emotions can become the early origins of illness or dis-ease.
Through yoga we reconnect with our emotional bodies, we return to our breath and bring our awareness to our inner environment.
Rachel will guide you to feel and flow with your true inner essence. To reconnect with your emotional body so that you can listen more deeply to the signs and signals your body is wanting you to hear. This “deep listening” enables us to make better choices and live in alignment with the needs of our holistic self.
