Yet when our energy is blocked through emotional, mental, spiritual or physical events or experiences our overall state of health and wellbeing becomes compromised and can lead to illness, ailments and dis-ease. Too often in life we form beliefs that it is not ok to express our emotions, we suppress and stifle and these emotions get stuck and stored in our body. These stuck emotions can become the early origins of illness or dis-ease.
