Being Introduced into Transference Healing®

When transference healing was first introduced to me through a graduate of Transference Healing®, I experienced very powerful and profound healings every time. I really enjoyed and looked forward to each session. I was being guided by her because of the healing modality I needed to work with. I had already started my healing journey a few years earlier with another energy healing modality. I was on a hiatus from it all, more like I was running away from facing my fears. But this didn’t last long as it ended up catching up with me, it always does.

Working with the Transference Healing® graduate I was reminded to pick back up where I left off with working with energy healing on myself. So, I completed the levels I initially began a couple of years earlier with the Ashati Institute. I introduced daily spiritual practices into my life for my own healing journey and then began to utilise them in my counselling work with clients and started running energy on them. 3 years later I finally ended up stepping into the Transference Healing® lineage. Which is a far more advanced form of energy healing, more like universal healing – Working with all the elements of frequency, light, matter, sound, crystal technology and sacred geometry to just name a few that this amazing and so comprehensive modality offers. Ever since I haven’t looked back.

Actually, for me, it has been a whirlwind of constant change and transformation. So, when you hear about rapid acceleration in your soul growth journey, well this is one way it can take form. I attended the first two training levels online called "Fundamental Training" & "Advanced Training with Alexis Cartwright" (founder, channel and anchor of Transference Healing®) as she doesn’t offer them in person anymore. The Transference Healing® Graduate I worked with wasn’t offering Training herself at that time. Now a few years later, I am about to complete the last level of the Mystery School – level 5 and attend the advanced level teacher training course. What a ride it has
been.

How Transference Healing® Has Helped Me

My world as I knew it got blown open to a whole new world so vast, filled with so many ancient mysteries, knowledge, understanding and wisdom. My being was expanding constantly, sometimes feeling like I was being ripped open. The process is gentle but constant, I learnt to move with the energy flow with as much ease and grace as I could (it’s all about surrendering) and am constantly learning to let go of what no longer serves me. As I do, I am simultaneously expanding my reality, of what is possible, creating a new reality for myself. Through this magical journey, I am awakening and remembering my multidimensional self, and now I am beginning to understand what it means to live universally.

The focus is initially on your own healing and transformational journey.

When I started working with Transference Healing® frequencies the focus was on my own self-healing and empowerment journey. I didn’t plan it this way, this is just the way it goes. As there is so much knowledge and wisdom shared not to mention learning and understanding the techniques I am running on myself. I was being encouraged by my higher self to let go of a lot of old distorted perceptions, old karmic wounds, suppressed emotions and belief systems that no longer served me or my greater good. One of the beautiful things about Transference Healing® energies is that it supports me in increasing my level of self-awareness by unearthing things within my unconscious and subconscious and surfacing them into my conscious awareness to work with and let go.

Transference Healing® Encourages Stillness and Reflection

There is always a plateau period I experience when I am being encouraged to upgrade within myself, to raise my level of frequency. Then this usually follows a period of stillness before the next wave of expansion and growth expresses itself out into my reality. The universe begins to send clients again my way working with the next wave of growth that has occurred within me and now expressing it through my work as a Transference Healing® Practitioner & Teacher.

Transference Healing® and those close to you

As my reality was opening and growing and I was seeing things from a whole new way and making different choices for myself. I started noticing just how much this modality was also affecting my immediate and extended families. With rapid change and transformation, sometimes it is challenging for others to accept the speed of change that is occurring, including myself. But after a while, I noticed changes within my children, our relationship with each other was changing beautifully.

As I was clearing and growing so were they. The karma that was playing out between us was clearing. My relationship with my husband has hit some bumpy roads but I was determined to work through them. I also realised this high-frequency modality brings through a lot of light so the people around me go through their own purification process and it has been a big learning for me on how to hold my light while they and I are letting go of what no longer serves them or me, which is called a purification process in Transference Healing®.

Becoming a Professional Practitioner - One-to-One Healing Sessions

After about 12 months of running the energy on myself, family and friends. I was guided to now begin working with this modality on a professional level. I stopped using Ashati energies with my clients and now introduced Transference Healing® to the world. I could see and feel the effects and transformation it was having on me
and my family and now wanted to also be a service to those who felt guided to experience and work with this amazing modality. I could offer this modality on a professional basis because I initially attended the two trainings (Fundamental Training & Advanced Training).

I knew I wanted to work with other people at some point with this modality. For me to work in a professional capacity I needed to attend the Advanced level training with Alexis Cartwright. If I wasn’t looking for a career in this modality but to empower myself and ‘heal thyself’ and maybe help family and friends, then I could have attended both trainings with a Teacher Graduate of Transference Healing®.

Stepping into Teaching Transference Healing®

The following year I stepped into the Teacher Training online with Alexis Cartwright and at this level, I was able to teach the first level of Transference Healing® (Fundamental Training) to others when I was ready. With every training there is always a period of initiation I undergo (as everyone else who attends these trainings), this is part of the growth process. At this level, It is a process of really learning how to step into and embrace a leadership role.

Teaching Fundamental Training

This year in November 2025 I am excited to be facilitating the Transference Healing® Fundamental Training at Angkor Grace Wellness Resort. I have been guided to offer it as a retreat which allows a powerful journey/pilgrimage visiting some very powerful sacred sites in Siem Reap in preparation for the Fundamental
Training.

Advanced Level Training

I also get to complete my advanced level training this year in June 2025 where I will be able to offer advanced level training next year. This is the next level within the Transference Healing® lineage, and this really concentrates on Lightbody technology, the integration of our own lightbody, everyone has one.

Living a New Reality

My life just keeps forever changing and evolving, living life more in alignment with my higher self and allowing myself to surrender and be guided by spirit has been and continues to be the most empowering and enriched experience I have ever embarked on. I am passionate about my work and absolutely love, love, love
supporting myself and others on their souls’ path.
