How does this work: I send you through a one-week food diary to fill out and you give me as much info as you can and as honestly as you can! Otherwise you are not getting the value you are after. I assess this for more than just macros! I'm looking for nutrition beyond calories! Once I have assessed and suggested alternatives we chat through it together so there is no nutrition confusion!
