In these sessions we will discuss your health and body goals. What may need to change in your nutrition and lifestyle. I will introduce you emotional freedom techniques (EFT aka Tapping) and matrix re-imprinting. EFT is an evidence-based modality that can be used to disrupt our emotional attachments to foods, our resistance to exercise and disrupt any other habit or behaviour that sabotages our goals and visions. EFT can also be used for pain and stress reduction and in moments of acute trauma. I can teach you these techniques and how to use them to disrupt the patterns of food and lifestyle behaviour that are stopping you from achieving your health and body goals. With EFT, changing your nutrition habits and lifestyle behaviours is almost effortless.
