A spiritual alignment gives you the opportunity to receive an energy healing with my partner Shelley McConaghy and I while we work simultaneously with you. Please note that as travelling healers, appointments are available across New South Wales, Australia depending on our schedule. Locations include: Sydney's Northern Beaches, Central Coast, Dubbo, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Kiama, Mogo. Sessions are available in Charmhaven at Lake Spa Wellness Centre from February 2024, and we will post other dates as they are scheduled. The session involves a quick check-in to see what you would like to focus on, or what's troubling you. You then lie on the massage table with a cosy blanket and crystals are placed on the body and in the hands. There is a crystal grid underneath the table (grid layout will vary depending on the venue) which is also working to balance your energy field. We proceed by invoking energetically to set the space, I practice some sound healing techniques to lift and shift out of the energy field what is ready to move on. Via a guided visualisation, I then connect you deeply to Mother Earth. You're then treated to a blend of hands-on polarity energy balancing techniques, pendulum work to clear and balance the chakras, and some suggestions for emotional and energetic release. Sometimes our clients feel this as a buzzing or tingling sensation. There's the opportunity to cut cords of attachment and clear contractual debris. Throughout the session I conduit the energy through the crystals. We finish with sound healing that's like a car wash for the soul. While you relax in fully-clothed comfort, your entire energy field comes into balance—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—connecting you to your inner world and restoring peace and harmony. Your nervous system has the opportunity to really sink deeply into relaxation mode - something it rarely gets to do in our fast-paced world. We always request that our clients be well-hydrated to achieve the best results of digesting the energetic influx. We both keep up to date with continuing professional development, and our most recent learnings have been around working with trauma in the body. The kind of work we do is very helpful when you would like to: * lift and shift feelings of anxiety and depression * bring balance to your energy levels * begin to clear yourself of troubling thought patterns * move aspects of physical pain along. You might go to sleep, drift into a peaceful meditation, start to experience unexpected feelings and shed tears, or feel like you’re flying through a star-filled sky in an experience of complete oneness. Your body may change temperature or you may feel the sensation of energy zinging around or going quite still. One thing is for sure – you will emerge feeling clearer and lighter, more relaxed, and like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.
