Constellations is a therapeutic approach to help reveal hidden dynamics in a family or relationship in order to address any stressors impacting these relationships and heal them. Claudia’s clients see her for a range of reasons, including: * Revealing and healing the transmission of trauma passed through generations * Unravelling difficult relationships * Experiencing abusive relationships * Getting back on their feet after a significant life change * Depression * Managing the overwhelm, stress and anxiety that often travels with us Claudia will commence a session seeking to understand why her client has come to see her and by asking about their past and their family so that she can understand the constellation behind it. Claudia works with her clients on immediate and long-term healing, not just for the individual but potentially also for other members of the family system. Sessions can be held in-studio on the NSW South Coast or online. Read more
