Once we are clear on the areas you would like to address, we move into reiki 'hands on' healing session to assist and provide you balance, as well as provide you clarity, a sense of calm and intuitive guidance on next steps. A reiki treatment is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
