Jaye has been practising and teaching Qigong for more than 20 years. She travelled to China to learn from traditional teachers and teaches a variety of forms (of which there are hundreds) but mainly:
• longevity
• eight pieces of brocade
• Guigen
• six unity exercises
• six healing sounds.
Qigong is an excellent tool that is available to everyone from the young to elders to help support and maintain physical and mental health.
Jaye teaches a six week group class for beginners which is available online or face-to-face.
Each class runs for 1.5 hours and includes:
• warm up
• form
• meditation.
