Anne studied to become a personal trainer after fracturing her shoulder in three places. She realized that yoga alone was not enough to strengthen bones and that weight bearing training was necessary. She discovered, to her surprise, that personal training was fun and a great complement to yoga. Anne specifically loves working with women to help them achieve stronger bones and a leaner, toned body.
