As a remedial massage therapist, Andrijana works with her clients to aid damaged, knotted or tense muscles. Depending on the problem, either strong and deep or gentle and shallow pressure can be applied to locate and tackle the source of pain. Remedial massage stimulates the blood supply, increases joint mobility and helps repair damaged tissue. Through easing and stabilising the muscles remedial massage can improve problems such as tension headaches, back pain, arthritis, muscle cramps and a multitude of other ailments. During the session, Andrijana will use creams or oils to massage the skin smoothly and apply pressure to the muscles associated with the problem.

With more than 15 years of experience, she uses a diverse range of modalities. Each session will start with direct touch therapy and from there she will customise each session to your needs, taking a very person-centred approach. Depending on the client, Andrijana may use principles of: • somatic Experiencing • counselling • energy healing • mindfulness • sound therapy • craniosacral therapy • deep tissue massage • expressive arts therapy • myotherapy • myofascial telease Therapy • sports massage. The initial session with Andrijana will take 60 minutes and her follow-up sessions range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the client and their needs. Andrijana is passionate about eco-psychology and says “I am not part of nature, I am nature”.
