Hayley is a certified Samvahan vidya practitioner and practices Samvahan vibrational massage, an ancient Indian healing technique. Samvahan means “the vehicle which brings balance” and views the body and our environment as vibration interacting with vibration. During a Samvahan session, Hayley uses her hands and music on the body to sense and invite the natural movement of vibration to create a state that allows release, balance and healing. Samvahan is a profoundly grounding, harmonising and soothing experience. "The universe is nothing but rhythm, the body is nothing but rhythm.
