In your first hypnotherapy session, Carmen will spend the first part of the session getting you know more about you to understand current challenges and areas to focus on and what your wish is for the ultimate outcome. Your first session will be for 90-120 minutes and follow-up sessions will be 60 minutes. In each session, you will receive the hypnosis part recorded to take away with you. This will form part of your homework for the coming week. Carmen will often also assign 1-2 other tasks which are specifically designed and tailored for you and your needs.
