Liisa specialises in treating back pain, stress- and trauma related issues and anxiety.
Private yoga therapy session includes:
- personalised therapeutic yoga postures (asana)
- suitable breathing practices (pranayama)
- deep relaxation practices (savasana, yoga Nidra)
- instruction for required modifications
- meditation / mindfulness
- postural guidance
- home practice plan.
