People lie down on mats or sit in chairs in front of tables set with 20-24 ACS Bowls. They choose an oracle card and a silk of their colour choice before they settle comfortably. There is a short visualisation suggestion to start, I play the ACS Bowls for an hour, followed by a short integration time. Refreshments follow. Read more
