Individual exploration of issues and developing an affirmation, drawing a picture pre and post session, one hour receiving music from the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. The ACS Bowls will be set up in either a Soundscape or Soundbath configuration (surrounded by the bowls). The client is provided with a maintenance plan to practice at home. This is focused on the revealed chakra. Refreshments afterwards.
