Chetana will guide you as a group through gentle yoga postures to bring ease to your body, breathing techniques to balance the nervous system, and then a deep relaxation, known as yoga Nidra, to literally restore you from the inside out. Classes can be tailored to meet the needs of the group. This is a private online group yoga, breathing, and deep relaxation (yoga Nidra) class with a minimum of six people.
