In these sessions, Chetana will develop the practice from one session to the next to assure you have a practice that will support you as much off the mat as on.
Particularly so you have the skills to manage and relieve the symptoms of stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
You will be guided and given that personal attention in establishing a safe and achievable home yoga and meditation practice, which supports your lifestyle.
Satyananda yoga’s holistic and integral system – postures, breathing, deep relaxation (yoga Nidra), meditation and if you wish mantra. A practice that will leave you feeling restored, calm and relaxed.
For best result, it is recommended that a minimum of three sessions are booked.
