This is an online diet and lifestyle program for women who want to make dietary change for health, for good! The program includes one whole week of simple wholefoods, with a meal plan, shopping list, recipes and informative practical support guide. There are 4 programs to choose from, one for each season.
Participants are coached through the program by Agnesa, with two educational webinars, along with daily tips, inspiration and direct access to Agnesa if required for extra support if required.
It's an uplifting, educational and often life-changing week, with many women coming back to learn more for themselves and their families, again and again.
