Through this practice, Gini works with women, couples, families and children to address: • General wellbeing • Depression and mood disorder • Stress and anxiety • Relationship challenges • Empty nest syndrome and infertility • Feelings of low self-worth and insecurity • Childhood trauma • Connection with higher guidance • A range of other physical disorders/ imbalances Gini will undertake an initial counselling and reiki session to hear your concerns and discern what is troubling you. She will then tailor a personal toolkit for you from practices of Yoga, breathwork, meditation, visualisation, chakra analysis, affirmation, journaling and sound healing.
