Here at Inspired Breath, we don’t do flimsy, we do deep and meaningful. I can work with you in a caring and ethical manner to delve into 1) Birth, infancy, and young childhood imprints 2) Issues around adolescence 3) Resolving ancestral trauma For a bit of homework, consider these questions: How were you born? Were you premature, a cesarean, or delivered with forceps? Were you induced or part of an emergency birth? Did you experience a traumatic or drugged birth? Were you a breech baby, or was your mother overwhelmed with fear? Did you have significant bonding during birth, or were you viewed as the wrong sex child? These imprints can impact life in ways that may no longer serve us. Breathwork offers clarity and a way forward to negotiate life's curve balls.
