As a birth and postpartum doula, my mission is to support women throughout their journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I believe in the innate strength and wisdom every woman carries within her, and I’m here to help them tap into that power as they navigate the transformative experience of childbirth. I know that birth can be unpredictable, but I also believe that women have the ability to birth naturally, with confidence and trust in their bodies. At the same time, I also know that no woman should have to go through this journey alone. Whether it's your first baby or your fourth, I am here to offer support, guidance, and encouragement—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
