Welcome, I’m Claire Addis an accredited Strategic Psychotherapist & Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Waverley and Bondi Junction, Sydney My goal is to help you uncover and tackle whatever is holding you back in your life so you can live your life free to create it your way. My approach combines the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, ACT, EFT tapping, Eye Movement, to address issues like anxiety, presentation anxiety, negative thinking, panic attacks, insomnia, bad habits, phobias, trauma, and more. Together, we'll actively work toward solutions, focusing on the present and your path forward. This is a solution and goal-oriented therapy, aiming for results in as few sessions as possible.
