My approach combines the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, NLP, ACT, EFT tapping, Eye Movement, to address issues like anxiety, presentation anxiety, negative thinking, panic attacks, insomnia, bad habits, phobias, trauma, and more. Together, we'll actively work toward solutions, focusing on the present and your path forward.
