Lunch and Learns (1 hour) We design and tailor unique lunch and learn experiences, workshops, events and corporate retreats. Topics include: * Create your own Acknowledgement of Country that is genuine and from the heart (online or in person) * Experience wholeness by listening deeply to your spirit and the nature that surrounds you by Connecting to Country (online or in person) * Move your body and experience connection to Earth's energy to create mind, body and spirit wellbeing with Wayapa Wuurrk (online or in person) * Take a deep dive into the cultural significance of ochre and experience being ‘painted up’ (in person) * Learn about Indigenous astronomy from the oldest, continuous living culture in the world and the many practical ways they read and live according to the stars (online or in person) * Used for over 60,000 years to improve the health of Country and its people, experience cultural burning and learn how it is used to manage land, plants and animals (in person) * Try your hand at Indigenous weaving, woodwork and art (in person) * Did you know that in Australia there are more than 250 Indigenous languages including 800 dialects? Listen into language and learn more (online or in person) * Learn about your Country's local bush tucker and medicines and how to nurture and harvest food to eat at home (online or in person) At this stage, in person sessions (indicated above) are available for workplaces located between Sydney and the Shoalhaven, NSW.
