This three - part workshop series is designed and facilitated by Carla de Kretser, a Yoga Teacher and Holistic Counsellor who believes in trusting your inner guidance.
Ignite Your Spark is sold as a full package inclusive of the three dates combined to create a safe container for all joining.
Workshop sessions are held in person on three consecutive Saturdays.

The three workshop dates are broken into three pillars:
Part 1: Root to Rise:
For part one, join us for a warm and friendly yoga workshop where through guided exercises you'll obtain a greater understanding of tools you can use to bring your nervous system into a more rested and calm state.
Themes and modalities explored;
The Autonomic Nervous System, Chakra system, Pranayama & Meditations.
30in Slow flow included.
Part 2: Listening Within:
Reconnecting at our second workshop together we will start to practice becoming familiar with our inner dialog, reconnecting to our heart space and moving past the analytical mind.
Themes and modalities explored;
Open listening, Limiting beliefs, The power of enquiry RAIN, Meditation.
30min slow flow yoga session is included.
Part 3: Embodied Self:
Our final workshop is created with a focus on our somatic intelligence.
Themes and modalities explored;
We'll discover shifting from the head and into our bodies. Discovering our life force energy through movement and intention. Plenty of free flow movement included.
