During a sound therapy session, Alessandra employs the sound frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes to create the optimal conditions for healing, support relaxation and reset the nervous system. Sound therapy serves as a catalyst for the mobilisation of stagnant energy, employing targeted frequencies within the client's biofield. This harmonious blend of frequencies facilitates the restoration of equilibrium, releasing any impediments in energy flow and providing emotional solace. The resultant vibrational state contributes to the enhancement of both physical and mental well-being. Individual sessions work on your energetic signature to address your most immediate needs. Sessions last 60 to 90 minutes and include: • overview of client’s energetic field, • application of specific sound frequencies to align and balance the energy centers and biofield and to address other imbalances • a small synopsis to bring awareness to the current imbalances, and • recommendations (tools and exercises) to move forward and stay balanced Be prepared for a powerful, deep transformation. During the session: The client will be invited to lay down, generally on a massage bed with support under knees etc for back support and with optional covering for warmth. An eye pillow and adjustable headphones will be provided.
