Sue is a trained and skilled therapist who will consult with you prior to your chosen treatment to ensure you choose the most suitable one for your needs. She can provide: Remedial Massage: This massage involves several techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. It is helpful for relieving aches and pains. Sports Massage: A deep tissue massage that targets sore muscles and enhances recovery after vigorous exercise. Swedish Massage: A massage to relax the body’s soft tissue and muscles helping increase circulation and relieve muscle tension. Pregnancy Massage: A gentle massage to help with the aches and pains of pregnancy, ranging from backaches to stiff necks and swollen feet. In the deluxe massage (90 minutes) Sue finishes with a reflexology treatment to help balance the body and its systems. Sue’s clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. After-hours appointments or Saturday mornings may be available on request. Read more
