Wayapa Wuurrk is an Australian Aboriginal inspired and created modality that acts as a bridge to understanding how the wisdom of indigeneity connects us to the natural world with improved wellness for ourselves, our planet and our communities.
Wayapa Wuurrk is a pathway for all to discover their innate indigeneity to our planet – truly a modality for our times.
In this introductory workshop, you’ll learn about the 14 elements of Wayapa, what they can mean for you, and how to practise the movements for each element.
Benefits of Wayapa include reducing stress, increasing emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, and addressing climate anxiety.
Wayapa Wuurrk teaches us how to connect to the earth, creating a relationship to encourage us to look after nature and the planet, and ultimately to look after ourselves, our families and our communities.
Express your interest via a ‘request booking’ to be advised of the next public group session, or if you have at least 5 participants, Margaret will host a private group session.
These group sessions can be held in person in Corowa NSW or online via Zoom. Sessions are also available in Melbourne with advance notice.
