Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is based on the foundations of osteopathy and is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that helps your body achieve balance and optimum health by working with your nervous system and your body's inherent ability to heal itself. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is about reminding the body of the resources that it has always had and gives the body a little prod to dissipate the traumas, injuries, illnesses and experiences if it's no longer in the person’s best interests to keep it there. Whilst it is called “craniosacral” therapy, the work is not restricted to the head or the spine – it’s an overall holistic therapy for the entire body. I can work directly with your organs, muscles, ligaments, membranes, fluids and all aspects of your body from your feet all the way up to your head. Most clients experience a feeling of relaxation and calm during the session. Many of them find it difficult to articulate what has happened as what goes on during the session can be quite subtle but they know "something" has shifted.
