A gentle and non-invasive manual therapy, Bowen therapy can help to reduce chronic and acute pain in muscles, joints and other parts of the body. By manipulating connective tissue and muscles using a specific set of ‘moves’, Greg aims to stimulate a natural healing response in the body. These moves send signals to the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which responds by increasing parasympathetic activity, relieving stress while promoting relaxation and tissue repair. For tears of the shoulder, calf, Achilles or other specific areas, Greg also loves introducing people to his laser machine, which is incredibly effective when isolated to one area.
