Blending psychotherapy, counselling, hypnotherapy and mindfulness, Tamika takes an integrative and holistic approach which is customised to each individual. She utilises her great range of skills in mindfulness and awareness exercises, role play, experiential exercises, mindfulness, visualisation and metaphor to enable her clients to gain a connection between mind, body and emotions. She finds that the practical theory and experiential nature of Gestalt therapy blends beautifully with mindfulness teachings to support people to be the best version of themselves. Tamika will work with you to determine what is the most effective and appropriate therapy for you, as there is no one treatment for all. You are unique as is your life experience, so she will work with you in determining the best possible outcome. Tamika’a goal is to support you to release yourself from the past so you can move forward towards your life which is filled with meaning, passion and purpose. Sessions are available in person between Sydney and Newcastle or online via Zoom worldwide.
