In the initial consultation, Bridgit will spend 1 hour asking a range of questions in regards to your major health concern/s, any related systems, diet and lifestyle, as well as using some assessment techniques. This enables Bridgit to get a holistic understanding and how she may be able to best assist you. In person appointments are available at Somerville on Thursdays and every second Saturday.
