Kundala Energetic is a dynamic ‘subtle body’ therapy which treats the ailment at the fundamental level. Kundala can be very effective in relieving many conditions, be they emotional or physical. Kundal combines both counselling and intuitive somatic bodywork as an interactive process of opening the light body matrix.
Jo is trained in both intuitive counselling and deep listening energetic techniques. The Spiritual autonomy of the client is paramount. Kundala holds the healing process in the highest regard, honouring the belief that healing is a very personal opening process requiring trust, patience and humility. The client focus does not end when the client leaves the session. Techniques are taught in the consultation which the client can use effectively at home.
A session is usually 1hr 15min. The client is fully clothed at all times. The session begins with the client in a chair and progresses to the table. Meditative inquiry facilitated with deep presence allows the client to traverse their inner world. Gentle somatic body-work is then practiced with the client fully aware of the process. Gentle contacts are made while the client relaxes on the treatment table. Feedback is exchanged continually or not, depending on the clients’ choice. There are no expectations, all is revealed in the present moment.
