Naked yoga is for all body shapes, types and sizes.
In these one-on-one sessions, Andreas works with all people, no matter how you identify.
Naked yoga gives you all the benefits of yoga (strength, flexibility, connection to breath, stress-reduction, to name just a few). Naked yoga goes beyond what's available in standard yoga practice and offers you deep self-empowerment as you dismantle fears, shames and conditions around your body or being naked (outside of a sexual context) and the ability to strengthen a deep and loving relationship to your body.
Don’t be scared about what your body will do (or won’t do) - simply learn to love your body as it presents itself. We are taught from a young age to be shameful about our naked body, but it doesn’t need to be this way.
For first-timers, Andreas will provide a calming space to ensure you feel safe within your own body. He will explain and set the scene to contextualise everything for you.
You can choose between in person and online. Be assured that for any online sessions, Andreas uses Zoom which is fully encrypted, password protected and never recorded.
Each one-on-one session takes 75 minutes. You can choose between:
3 sessions (3 hr 45 mins option)
5 sessions (6 hr 15 min option)
9 sessions (11 hr 25 min option)
