Quietening the fear of death or even the fear of change can be an empowering approach when confronted by personal uncertainty. Meditation allows for the individual to become open, to being present and vital in their life right now. Private or group meditation offers a chance for individuals to connect with themselves and to release the resistance of whatever they are facing.
