With a deep realization of the world's rising mental health crisis and the need for evidence-based yoga spaces, Kendra creates an offering of local Wellbeing Retreats that are accessible and safe to those with mental health challenges. I have a few Retreat offering that’s are booking now for Winter and Spring, at the gorgeous Murrah dream Retreat Centre, set on 25 acres of pristine bush and beach on the Sapphire coast near Bermagui. Daily accessible trauma sensitive yoga and meditation, wholefoods, and slow walks to ground in nature.
