During our first session, we will spend some time exploring your goals for working together, before embarking on a session which is tailored to your needs. I will take some family history and ask some questions regarding your timeline, major events and any significant trauma. Trauma is any event in your life that has caused you to become overwhelmed, particularly in your childhood years. This causes our nervous system to respond and very often creates neural pathways which we continue to run, even when the trauma and overwhelm are long past. This is our normal human design. If you consciously know you had a difficult childhood, you likely have trauma that requires rewiring, to bring you into more positive, happy and fulfilled states.
