During our first session, we will spend some time exploring your goals for working together,... During our first session, we will spend some time exploring your goals for working together, before embarking on a session which is tailored to your needs. I will take some family history and ask some questions regarding your timeline, major events and any significant trauma. Trauma is any event in your life that has caused you to become overwhelmed, particularly in your childhood years. This causes our nervous system to respond and very often creates neural pathways which we continue to run, even when the trauma and overwhelm are long past. This is our normal human design. If you consciously know you had a difficult childhood, you likely have trauma that requires rewiring, to bring you into more positive, happy and fulfilled states. A session may involve a variety of techniques, such as hypnotherapy, counselling, energy recovery, principles of coaching, psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming),Time Line Therapy and others. As your coach and mentor, I help guide you to shift whatever is holding you back from becoming your best self. (Empowered, engaged, happy and fulfilled). Together we will get to the deep core cause of limiting beliefs, "stuck" loops, self-sabotage patterns or challenging relationship dynamics, helping you see alternative possibilities and realise different outcomes. We will identify blocks and use a variety of techniques to create change and work towards better outcomes to best help you free yourself from old unhelpful and unresourceful patterns. You will likely be given homework tasks and further reading from each session. You are responsible for the completion of any tasks that are given and to help you get the most from the sessions. This also helps stabilise your energy, keep you on track and puts you first in your life. It is YOU working for YOU. This is an investment in self and can hugely change your life.
