Lars teaches yoga one-on-one, drawing on his experience in both Japanese and Hatha yoga to tailor classes to each client’s specific needs. He is passionate about helping people set realistic and achievable goals, providing lots of encouragement along the way. Many of his regular clients have Lars come to their house so they can roll out their mat in their living room, wear what they want, and groan, laugh, and exclaim when they need to. Because yoga is meant to be fun, Lars thrives on creating a safe and welcoming environment where people feel free to explore the practice.
