After your initial session, Nigel recommends committing to five follow-up sessions held every 1-2 weeks. This is to ensure sufficient time in between sessions to process and implement agreed actions, but not leaving so much time in between sessions that momentum is lost. Nigel will sit with you and provide quality listening, ask the right questions, help you see yourself more clearly, identify what is serving you (and what is not) and help you move forward with a clear action plan. You are welcome to join Nigel in person on his balcony surrounded by trees or in a cafe in Phnom Penh.
