Using the ancient tools of yoga and Ayurvedic techniques, Esther helps the client find balance and incorporate life skills into their day so they grasp the reins of their life rather than being pulled out of balance by life’s events, relationships and experiences.
Esther uses a wide range of postures, breathing and meditative techniques for anxiety, stress, etc and relaxation to help let go and nourish. She uses various techniques to give clients insights as to what is out of balance and empower them by showing them how they can use yoga alone or alongside their regular healthcare plan to achieve improved wellbeing. Esther offers some specific practices to help target pain whether it is physical discomfort, a busy mind or negative habits etc.
A private session is a way of nourishing and restoring and letting go of tensions. Yoga therapy sessions are 90 minutes long and include take-home plan and recordings. The plan is short and manageable and tailored to the client with pictures and instructions.
Clients often come during or after having treatment or with auto-immune conditions to empower and help them manage. Others come to learn tools for stress, anxiety etc or simply to find practices to help with a range of aches and pains. Private sessions can help you gain the confidence to transition into a group class or how to modify according to your individual needs or to have a tailor made home plan made up for you - speak to Esther about what it is you want from the session/s.
