Mark’s approach differs from ‘traditional’ physiotherapy by his strong focus on corrective exercise. After a 45-60 minute initial assessment with you, Mark will typically offer a 30-60 day program tailored to your specific needs. Throughout the duration of the program, Mark aims to empower his clients so that after completion you are fully capable of maintaining your overall improved condition. All of Mark’s clients have the option to continue with a personalised or small group fitness program.
