It combines testing and muscle monitoring with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to assess energy and body functions, applying a range of gentle yet powerful techniques to improve health, wellbeing and vitality. The body has innate healing energy and is doing its best to care for itself, but sometimes it needs assistance in finding this balance. As a kinesiologist, Carolyn thinks in terms of a triad of health and will look at all aspects of your health. Using muscle monitoring, she will ascertain if there are any stresses in your diet, your muscles or your emotional / mental / spiritual state. Carolyn will draw on all modalities that she has studied to create a customised session for your needs. Then together, you will determine the best way to rebalance the body which might include pressure point activation, sound, movement and coaching and take-away at home strategies. Read more

Carolyn’s Empower Y.O.U. program is a one-on-one program that runs for 12 weeks. The focus of this program is to help you gain awareness of where you are and determine what needs to be cleared to help you level-up in your life with a clear plan of action. You’ll receive: -6 x 1.5 hour fortnightly Zoom sessions -Fortnightly mindfulness sessions and workbooks (alternating with the Zoom sessions) -Emotional clearing video (yours for life!) - Simple tools and techniques for stress relief, increasing confidence and fostering happiness from Carolyn's training with Paul McKenna -A choice of one of Carolyn’s published books in eBook format (4 to choose from) -Email support in between sessions across the 12 weeks. During the fortnightly sessions, Carolyn will utilise tools from many different modalities including kinesiology, mBIT, positive psychology, laughter yoga and Reiki and share principles and techniques such as energy healing, hypnotherapy, meditation, EFT and HeartMath.
