Yoga was traditionally taught in private, one-on-one sessions. Private tuition is ideal... Yoga was traditionally taught in private, one-on-one sessions. Private tuition is ideal when you can’t make it to a group class, you have special needs that require individual attention, or you simply don’t want to learn in a group setting. Amanda’s experience includes working with professional athletes, children, people living with life-threatening illnesses, severe anxiety, addiction and injuries.
