RTT is a powerful method of hypnotherapy that makes your conscious thinking mind take a nap... RTT is a powerful method of hypnotherapy that makes your conscious thinking mind take a nap and allows us to access the subconscious mind. The client is always in control and will only ever go as deep as they allow themselves to go. Think of it as a guided meditation but with the intention to re-wire an issue that you are choosing to change. Catherine is trauma-informed so will always use methods that prevent you from being re-traumatised by past events. Once in deep relaxation (hypnosis), we then do a regression to the root cause of the issue you are presenting with. Once we have a memory from your subconscious mind, we can work with it. Whilst we can’t change what happened (often when you were a child), we now can see it from an adult’s perspective and which needs weren’t being met for the younger version of you. We can then go and anchor in what you DO want now. These sessions are very powerful and people are often able to let go of decades of pain and suffering. While a one-off session (2 hours) is available, Catherine recommends at least 3 sessions (6 hours) with a client. Once the subconscious mind feels the difference, more will often come up that needs to be healed. A discounted rate applies to booking a 3 session package.
