Jo will make a detailed diagnosis, including a discussion of medical history, observation of the patient's complexion, palpation of the pulse and inspection of the tongue. She then develops an individualised treatment strategy using a mixture of approaches such as lifestyle, dietary /or exercise advice, Shiatsu Therapy, Cupping and Acupuncture. When treating children, Jo strives to meets the child at their level. She utilizes play, humour and sensitivity to effectively engage children in a way they can relate.
