The needs and special concerns of both men’s and women’s health are taken into consideration. These classes are fun and rejuvenating while leaving you stress free, physically fit and strong both mentally and physically. Chair yoga, on Wednesdays at 9.30am, is especially suited to those limited to a chair or even those who want to do yoga from their office chair. One on one classes can be arranged by request.
