While initially forced to improvise during COVID-19, Theo and his clients quickly discovered that an online consultation remains an effective form of physiotherapy (and has even become a preference for quite a few of them!). Utilising Zoom, Theo will conduct a video observation of the presenting issue/s and then show you the techniques required using common household items. Working with poor posture can create joint tension, muscle fatigue, headaches and impact your ability to concentrate. Utilising Zoom, Theo will conduct a video observation to: -Review and make recommendations about your current workspace -Teach you how to sit properly whilst working to prevent injury and strain -Demonstrate how to stay relaxed while sitting upright for long periods of time during the work day -Discuss and review any other presenting issues in your workspace that may be causing discomfort.
