Nippon Yoga is a Japanese therapy yoga which is based on traditional Indian Hatha yoga poses, Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine, the principles of the five element theory and meridian-based healing arts.
It focuses on moving fresh blood around the body and dispersing stagnation while identifying what is not working and correcting the imbalance.
By aligning the practice to the seasons, Nippon Yoga will also help connect you to the environment around you and address common issues that occur in the body during each season.
Classes are held online via Zoom at the following times (Sydney time):
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7.00am to 8.00am
Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Every second Sunday from 10.00am to 11.30am
