While initially forced to improvise during COVID-19, Theo and his clients quickly discovered that an online consultation remains an effective form of physiotherapy (and has even become a preference for quite a few of them!). Utilising Zoom, Theo will conduct a video observation of the presenting issue/s and then show you the techniques required using common household items. Theo’s online clients have found that in between appointments they have easy access to their own clinic at home using the techniques that he has shown them.

Theo may also incorporate visceral manipulation into your session. This involves the manipulation of the visceral, vascular, neurological, lymphatic and fascial structures of the body in a multi-systems approach to solving symptoms and enhancing performance. Working with poor posture can create joint tension, muscle fatigue, headaches and impact your ability to concentrate. Utilising Zoom, Theo will conduct a video observation to: -Review and make recommendations about your current workspace -Teach you how to sit properly whilst working to prevent injury and strain -Demonstrate how to stay relaxed while sitting upright for long periods of time during the work day -Discuss and review any other presenting issues in your workspace that may be causing discomfort.
