Sinden will help you work on your body’s weaknesses and correct any imbalances by building strength where strength is needed. He can help you target:

You will leave each lesson with tailored exercises to perform at home, lifestyle guidance addressing the whole person, and new lifelong skills.
A single session is $150, however a set of six sessions is recommended for maximum effectiveness.
