With the rise of people working from home, Theo has created a new service offering to ensure home-based workspaces align to proper office ergonomics. Working with poor posture can create joint tension, muscle fatigue, headaches and impact your ability to concentrate. Utilising Zoom, Theo will conduct a video observation to: -Review and make recommendations about your current workspace -Teach you how to sit properly whilst working to prevent injury and strain -Demonstrate how to stay relaxed while sitting upright for long periods of time during the work day -Discuss and review any other presenting issues in your workspace that may be causing discomfort. As a trained physiotherapist, Theo encourages everyone to take this proactive measure to make your home-based office comfortable and reduce the risk of unnecessary pain and strain. Read more
